MShield is a personal project developed on an individual basis, with no legal structure (neither a company nor a sole proprietorship). It is a proof of concept intended to assess the interest in a platform connecting individuals looking for a vehicle with car dealers. I carry out no commercial activity and receive no income through this platform.

All the content of the site (texts, logos, visual identity, code, etc.) is the exclusive property of Roman Melentov, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or modification, even partial, is prohibited without my prior written permission.

4Personal data and GDPR

MShield may collect and process certain personal data when its services are used, in particular when a vehicle search request or a check request is sent.

Simply browsing the site, including a vehicle page or the Market catalogue, may already lead, after consent, to audience tracking — regardless of whether a request is sent. The Cloudflare Turnstile technical cookie, for its part, is only set when a form is submitted (check request, contact).

5Limitation of liability

Role of MShield

MShield acts solely as a technical intermediary putting parties in touch. I am in no way a party to the contracts or negotiations concluded between users and dealers.

Offers and transactions

I guarantee neither the availability nor the quality of the vehicles offered, nor the reliability of the offers, nor the smooth running of transactions. Any liability relating to these matters lies exclusively with the dealers concerned.

Inspection reports and check requests

The inspection reports displayed on the site, as well as the answers given to check requests, are carried out and filled in by the dealer themselves, at the dealership, using a tool provided by MShield. I only host, timestamp and display this content: I do not carry out the checks myself and do not verify their accuracy.

Users

Users undertake to use the platform in good faith and are solely responsible for the information they provide and for the commitments they make directly with dealers.
